Started at a kiln, built for kilns
We connect Haryana brick kilns directly with buyers. No broker in between.
Every district of Haryana has hundreds of kilns and every kiln has a register — pathai, bharai, nikasi, peshgi, coal, challans, all by hand. Reconciling it at season end takes weeks, and leakage shows up long after it happened.
On the other side is the buyer — a house-builder, a contractor, a developer — who has to go through a broker to get a straight brick rate, and the broker keeps his share per thousand.
BhathaOne brings both to one place. A buyer enters a pincode on the site and sees nearby kilns’ rates; the enquiry goes to the kiln directly. A kiln owner gets an app in which the munshi speaks the entries and every round’s true account is in front of him.

Entries by voice
“Ramesh ne gyarah sau eent pathi” — that is all. The app understands, reads it back, and on your “sahi hai” the entry goes for approval. The recording stays with it.

The approval rule
Whoever records an entry cannot approve it. The munshi records, the owner approves — or the worker records his own, and the munshi checks. Only then does it reach the books.

Every round from green to fired — how much was loaded, how much came out by class, and how much is unaccounted. Stock never goes negative.

A second person checks — hearing the recording, matching the count. If wrong, it goes back with a reason.

Books are never erased
A recorded entry is never deleted. Corrections are reversing entries, so there is proof of everything.

Whoever records cannot approve. On a one-person kiln the owner’s entry is marked as such.

A challan can only be cut for bricks that exist. The system stops it itself.

A kiln does not see the number until it accepts the enquiry. Not on WhatsApp either.

Frequently asked questions
- Is there a fee for buyers?
- No. Seeing rates and sending an enquiry is free, and there is no account to make. Kilns pay a per-season subscription, after a free trial.
- Does BhathaOne sell bricks itself?
- No. The kiln sells, the kiln quotes, the kiln delivers. We put buyer and kiln in direct contact and take the broker out of the middle.
- How many kilns will get my number?
- None, until a kiln accepts your enquiry. The enquiry goes to nearby kilns; the first to accept gets your number — the rest do not.
- How accurate is voice entry?
- The app reads back what it understood and only continues after your “sahi hai”. Even then the entry reaches the books only when a second person approves it — with the recording in front of them.
- There is no signal at the kiln. Will the app work?
- Yes. Entries, advances, attendance and payments wait safely on the phone without a signal and send automatically when it returns. Voice entry needs a connection.
- Who can see my kiln’s books?
- Only your kiln’s people, as far as you allow. Never another kiln. The full detail is in the privacy policy.
