BhathaOne

Terms of Service

Last updated: 11 September 2026

BhathaOne (bhathaone.in) is a platform on which brick kilns in Haryana keep their daily books and brick buyers ask kilns directly for a rate. By using the website or the app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

1. Who may use it

Kiln owners, their staff (munshi, thekedar, labour, gate, sales) and brick buyers. To open an account the mobile number must be yours and you must be 18 or older. Staff are added by the kiln's owner, who decides what each person can see.

2. Login and OTP

You log in with a one-time code sent to your mobile number. Do not share it. You are responsible for whatever is done from your number. If the number changes or is lost, tell the kiln's owner or us at once.

3. The kiln's books

Pathai, bharai, nikasi, kharaba, peshgi, challans, payments — whatever you record is your kiln's record and belongs to you. We keep it; we do not alter it. A recorded entry is never deleted; a correction is a reversing entry, so anyone can later see what changed and why. The person who records an entry cannot approve it; on a one-person kiln the owner's own entry posts at once and is marked as such.

The accuracy of the figures is your responsibility. The app adds up what you tell it.

4. Spoken entries

Entries can be spoken into the app. The recording is kept with the entry so the person approving it can hear what was said. The app asks for microphone permission before recording. A spoken entry, like any other, reaches the books only when someone approves it.

5. Subscription and payment

For kilns the app runs on a per-season subscription. A new kiln starts on a free trial. When a subscription ends you can still see everything; new entries pause until it is renewed, after which everything continues as before. Payment is taken in cash, by UPI or bank transfer and recorded by our team — that record is your receipt. Payments are not refunded except where the law requires it.

6. Brick buyers and enquiries

A buyer may send an enquiry from the website without an account. It goes to nearby kilns that are listed and sell that class of brick. The buyer's phone number is not shown to a kiln until the kiln accepts the enquiry, and even then contact goes through the platform. Rates shown on the site are those a kiln has published, or the median of listed kilns' rates; the final price is agreed between the kiln and the buyer. We are not a party to the sale and give no guarantee of brick quality, delivery or payment.

Fake enquiries, enquiries from someone else's number, or harassment of kilns will get a number blocked.

7. What you may not do

Access anyone else's account; record false figures; extract numbers or data from the platform to sell; attempt to break, tamper with or attack the app; use it for anything unlawful.

8. Suspension and closure

We may suspend a kiln's account for breach of these terms, non-payment, or while a complaint is investigated — a suspended kiln's people can read the books but not write to them. You may ask to close your account at any time; the books are retained for the period the law requires.

9. Limit of our liability

The service is provided as is. We do our best to keep it running and your books safe, but we are not liable for loss caused by network, phone or server failure, or for decisions made on wrongly recorded figures. In any case our total liability will not exceed the subscription paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

10. Changes

These terms may change from time to time. We will announce a significant change in the app or by SMS. Continuing to use the service after a change is acceptance of the new terms.

11. Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of India and any dispute will be settled in the courts of Haryana. Questions: support@bhathaone.in.
